Spring 2018 - Teaching & Learning and IT RoadShow

Throughout this Spring, Todd Robson (Director of Teaching & Learning) and Susan Barnard (Director of IT) visited each of TTSD's 16 school sites to clarify the mission and vision of the Redefining Learning Program.
Dr Jon Landis' presentation and school debriefs on Jan 26, 2018 provided a fantastic foundation for ALL teachers in WHY Transformational Practices is important for ALL of our students. This opportunity and this RoadShow provided everyone with a shared experience, shared vocabulary and an opportunity to ask clarifying questions. Below is a subset of slides from the Road Show presentation.

Digital Citizenship Week 2017 :: Social Media

Social Media & Protecting Your Digital Footprint

For Parents:
“...Before sharing any future posts about their children, parents can ask permission. This can help teens understand the power and the importance of controlling one’s own digital footprint. In turn, this helps teens understand why it is critical that they, too, obtain consent before adding to, or altering, the digital footprints of others.”  The Washington Post, Stacey Steinberg,
